‘The House Bunny’ Blu-ray Review

Like Will Ferrell, there is something about Anna Faris that no matter the role, she can make lackluster looking films very entertaining. There is just a charm about her that light up the screen when she is in a scene. It all began with the ‘Scary Movie’ franchise where she has played a ditsy blonde and for the most part has carried over into other roles. It is the electricity that she brings in her roles that you can not dislike her performance. At the box office ‘The House Bunny’ had a total worldwide gross of $68 million dollars being a hit domestically and internationally.

‘The House Bunny’ is a film that borrows many elements from other films in the comedy genre. Shelley Darlington (Anna Faris) has just turned 27 years old living in the Playboy Mansion. Her goal is to become the centerfold for the November issue of Playboy.
